Mechanics are in short supply on Shroud. Many were killed because they created such diabolical machines, starved to death, or had thier own machines turn on them...

Construction of MachinesEach division of infantry or scout requires a substantial amount of metal and a brain. The "brain" is made by inserting circuitry in a main circuitry board found in many electronic components. Vehicles,alarm systems,robots, and lone peices of forgotten machinery all provide circuitry.
All require battery packs to function.
The smaller units can live a long life from one or two, while the larger more energy depleting machines can demand up to 20.
The option of arming the machines with usable guns, or apposable arms with swords and maces is up to the builder.

Along with the small surveylence machine, these kept the law on Shroud.
Following orders given long, long ago, these machines aren't satisfied until either destroyed, or destroy something.
Usually found in pairs, or accompanying a survey droid.

Though these tools have absolutely no effect on dice rolling, either the exact tool or a reasonable copy are needed to make a machine.

Void all old numbers for ths machine. This is a creature of evil, and thus cannot be created.
Usually roaming around old cities, these were the watchers of the cities.
Once thought to be out of commission, they roll the streets again.
They capture what they see on a type of film.
